Safety First - We require that all students wear long pants while riding, and boots or sneakers for working around the horses - a minimum 1/2" heeled boot being best for riding. Riding helmets are mandatory and a variety of sizes are available at the barn for your use, or a personal bicycle helmet can be used.
No Prior Riding Experience Required - We provide staff to help new campers become comfortable with their horse. Spotters will be assigned to work with students until they are ready to ride alone. Students will have a chance to work with, and ride, different horses during their camp experience.
